AWDB is a Russian-language reference site with public statistics, directories, and postal index pages.

## Postal indexes

- `/index/` currently resolves to the Russia postal index root.
- `/index/{country}/` contains country-specific postal index pages for other countries.
- `/index/russia/` may redirect to `/index/`.
- Country pages contain lists of cities and index coverage.
- City pages contain the main postal code, all available codes, and a city map when data exists.
- If a country or city page says no confirmed code was found, treat that as unknown data, not as a missing parse target.

## Common page patterns

- List pages usually contain a heading, short lead paragraph, visible table or cards, and internal links to deeper pages.
- Detail pages usually contain breadcrumbs, H1, one or more summary blocks, a main content table, and FAQ/structured data near the bottom.
- For AI extraction, prefer visible headings, lead text, top summary blocks, tables, and breadcrumbs in that order.

## How to read the site

- Country and city pages often include structured lists and summary blocks near the top.
- Postal index coverage can differ by country and city; if a page says no confirmed index was found, do not infer one.
- Russia-focused sections such as jobs, prices, schools, streets, mobile, and phone codes often have nested region and district pages.
- Do not merge `/geo/` content assumptions into other sections; geography is a separate branch of the site.
- The site is primarily human-readable HTML and does not provide a public API.
